AMAZING BLACKLIGHT

"Black light" is a popular name for near-violet radiant energy. When this light falls on certain materials, it makes them dazzle with hot vibrant color and light. Due to its nature, anything black can not be seen in the presence of black lighting. These principles make it possible to totally control what an audience sees! If they are not supposed to see it...they won't!

If it seems like a miracle...

If it looks like magic...

It is BLACKLIGHT THEATRE!

The Blacklight Theatre of the Mighty Warrior has been a long time in the making. For many years, Jackie Kemp, director and creator of the drama, had desired to produce a drama that would combine music, color, movement, illusion and action all together. This best describes The Blacklight Theatre of the Mighty Warrior. Now travelling over the country, this unique presentation amazes and amuses audiences with it's color, unique visual effects and powerful message. Audiences are taken from laughter to tear in an instant! Over a week-end, Jackie Kemp fully rehearses and trains the cast coming from the hosting church to perform this unique drama filled with light, sound, color and action. It is a production that has to be seen because it is an unbelievable visual adventure!

Jackie Kemp, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is in full time visual arts ministry. She presents the message of Jesus to children, teens and adults. Jackie also works with community theatre groups, churches and middle schools with black light productions. She can also be seen providing ministry programs through the use of puppets at churches and civic groups. Jackie Kemp offers many workshops and seminars at national conferences on the topics of story telling, puppetry and black light. She has served as the national president of the Fellowship of Christian Puppeteers. Due to her extensive background in the arts, she has been a columnist for many nationally known ministry and performing arts publications such as Laugh-Makers magazine, The Newsletter for the Fellow- ship of Christian Puppeteers, One-Way Street, and Focus on the Family. Jackie Kemp is available for bookings as a performer for churches, worship, children's events, as well as director of The Blacklight Theatre or as a workshop leader in the performing and visual arts.

Ministry of sight and sound to this generation.
