OF THE MILLENNIUM MAKING THE GOSPEL VISIBLE
Today's teens and adults are puzzled and have lots of questions. Is God real? Why would God love me? Is the life of Jesus relevant to me? Who me, go to your church? In times past, the church has answered these questions through teaching and preaching. This is a very different time... a time in which no one listens to anyone. We are a society of watchers: videos, television and movies. For our world today: SEEING IS BELIEVING!
Churches are finding the use of visual tools such as power point and "LIVE" drama as powerful means of drawing and communicating with people today. Visual drama is the common language of people of all ages. Now you have the opportunity of going beyond productions used only in the Christmas and Easter seasons. This is a drama in which the impossible becomes POSSIBLE and the unseen becomes SEEN. Here it is possible to create images and illusions which usually are only done in animation or on film. However, using black light theatre techniques, all of this and even more is possible.
This is the world of black light theatre! Here-palm trees dance, flowers and vines grow and blossom right before your eyes. Presented in total darkness, THE BLACKLIGHT THEATRE OF THE MIGHTY WARRIOR defies the physical laws of gravity and nature. A powerful production answering the question of the ages. So visual, the audience experiences for themselves the wonder and power of God's love through the finished work of Jesus.
